Standing Tall Hat & Cowl Collection
Standing Tall is decadently soft in Shibui Knits Silk Cloud and Nest.
A long column of ribbing along one side mimics the trees standing tall in the forest.
This pattern gives you 2 design options for the hat and cowl. The original is knit with columns of ribbing on one side. The second one is similar, but the columns of ribbing have a simple traveling cable. Both versions begin with the same ribbing.
This hat and cowl are knit with 1 strand of Nest and 1 strand of Silk Cloud held together.

Materials: The hat takes 1 skein of Shibui Knits Nest & 1 skein of Shibui Knits Silk Cloud. The cowl takes 2 skeins of Shibui Knits Nest. and 1 skein of silk cloud.
If you are making both the hat and the cowl, you will need 2 Silk Cloud and 3 Nest
Needle: Circular needle Size 3.50mm (4 US) & 4.00mm (6 US)
tapestry needle for weaving in ends

Gauge: 21 sts x 30 rows = 4” blocked in stockinette
Size: One Size, This hat stretches comfortably to fit most heads. 17.5 ”wide at the ribbing, 18.5” at the body, 9.5 “ high (easily adjustable)

Standing Tall est une tuque tellement douce en Silk Cloud et Nest de Shibui Knits. Sa colonne en côtes rappel les arbres qui tiennent bien droit dans la forêt.
