The blue yarn with added sparkle made me think of night skies and the twinkle of stars and so this sock was born.

The sock is worked toe up with cable star patterning and a short row heel. Cables can be worked with or without a cable needle. On the leg, the star pattern moves with each repeat, allowing the stars to spiral up the leg.

With thanks to RosemaryKQ, MargiBorck and Purplebeary83 for test knitting.
