The stitch pattern is a 10 row repeat that features a knit ridge between each color change. The sweater is knit on size US 8 needles, circular were used but straight can also be used if you prefer. The yarn used for this pattern is basic acrylic weight #4 yarn. The yarn in the pattern is a combination of Hobby Lobby I Love this Yarn, Red Heart Soft yarn and Red Heart Sparkle yarn. You will need 1 skein of each of 5 colors of yarn or approximately 300 yards of each yarn.

This sweater is great for any time of year. It features three quarter sleeves, garter edge hem and a comfortable boat neckline. It is perfect for cooler days or nights. This sweater is quickly becoming a favorite in my wardrobe and the possibilities for different color variations are endless.
