This hat is knit intentionally way too big, and then made to fit and look cool with the addition of Jul Pedestal Buttons or alternative closures.

I am working it in a lighter yarn for a cute, warm-weather version to wear while I decide if I will grow out my hair.

Errata for crown decrease…instructions should read:
Row 1: K8, k2tog, rep from around (72 sts.)
Row 2: K7, k2tog, rep from around (64 sts.)
Row 3: K6, k2tog, rep from around (56 sts.)
Row 4: K5, k2tog, rep from around (48 sts.)
Row 5: K4, k2tog, rep from around (40 sts.)
Row 6: K2, K3tog, rep from around (24 sts.)
Row 7: K2tog around (12 sts.)
