Made from string or twine this is an adorable accessory for your Repainted 9 - 10 inch dolls with 15 cm head circumference. Once you have crocheted this adorable little hat you can add ribbons, flowers, feathers…what ever your heart desires. Or simply leave it as it is.

Beginners may enjoy the challenge of crocheting this adorable little hat, but might find the string hard to work with as it is rough on the hands and a bit stiff.. Practice with some wool first and then have a go with the string.

Simple stitches are used in this pattern and it is worked in rounds. If you are uncertain about how to do any of these stitches…Google and YouTube are a great help.

For this project you will require:
4mm or 5mm crochet hook
1 Ball of string (will make a lot of hats)
