Inspired by one of the most iconic characters from the Studio Ghibli movie Kiki’s Delivery Service, may I introduce to you Kiki. Complete with red bow, delivery satchel and broom. And, of course, Kiki would never be without her side-kick cat, Jiji!

The figure is designed to stand, unaided, and the arms can be wired so that they can be posed.

The pattern has been designed using Drops Paris cotton yarn, but you can use whatever yarn you have to hand by changing the hook gauge accordingly.

Measurements: The finished piece measures approx. 22cm tall.

Materials:

• Aran Yarn (beige, blue, red, black, dark and light brown)
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• 9 mm safety eyes (x2)
• Stuffing material
• Stitch markers and pins
• Yarn needle
• Blush, Cocktail stick (optional, for broom handle)

• Sc = Single crochet
• Hdc = Half double crochet
• Slip st = Slip stitch
• Invdec = Invisible decrease
• BLO = Back loops only
• FLO = Front loops only
• Ch = Chain
