Susan’s Blanket is designed from a series of different motifs.
The pattern is written to create the blanket shown, however all the motifs are interchangable to allow a variety of different blankets to be easily created.
A template for the motifs is also included to allow you to create your own motif.

Although Beads and buttons have been used but these are not obligatory, and obviously won’t suit a young child or baby. A number of testers created the blanket without .

Pattern is both fully written and charted for 3 different sizes, however extra motifs can be added both width and length wise easily to create a blanket size to suit.
Pattern pages of each size have been given to aid in printing.
3 sizes have been written:
, 60cm x 80cm / 24x31
100cmx 133 cm / 39x52in
84cm x 109 cm / 33in x 43 in.

Knit, purl, and simple lace used.

Although the pattern seems long, only 1/3 needs to be printed due to only one size of motif been required for each blanket.
