Tali the Butterfly is the ideal pattern for someone new to amigurumi to learn techniques, as well as experts who want a quick and cute critter! Simple to make and just the right size (about 10” from wing-to-wing), Tali will fly right to your heart.

To make this cutie, you’ll need:

  • Yarn (Worsted Weight) in two colors: MC (wings) and CC (body)
  • ’G’ (4 mm) crochet hook
  • Fiberfill
  • Tapestry Needle
  • Black felt for eyes (plus some embroidery floss)
  • Stitch Markers

This is a beginner pattern, requiring the knowledge of a magic loop/sloppy slip knot start, increasing, and decreasing. The pattern gives progress photos and explains the steps clearly, so lots of help is given along the way!

Happy Crocheting!
