This is a very simple, lightweight mesh cape with some shaping so that it sits nicely over the shoulders. It can sit as a shawl, or be fastened with a clasp or pin as required. The mesh construction gives it some drape and stretch, and the pattern can be adjusted to suit larger sizes by adjusting the length of the starting chain and potentially repeating the increase / shoulder shaping row sequence one more time if that is required. Otherwise, this pattern works as a single skein project which can be repeated if extra length is required.
