Cozy up!

Your teapot can wear this stylish turtleneck with the collar turned in, folded out, or even twisted and then folded down.
You can open it up to add more water and then re-close it.

Measurements:
flat, unstretched 6” wide x 12” tall. Fits most 6 to 8 cup teapots.

Materials:
1 ball of Patons Classic Wool Worsted, 100 grams (3.53 ounces), 210 yards (192 meters)
4.0mm & 5.0mm circular needles or double pointed needles, or sizes as required for tension/purpose
1 stitch marker, optional
yarn needle for weaving

Pattern Notes:
Knit bottom up. Starts in the round, splits for 2 sides worked flat, then rejoins in the round to finish the top tube.

Please let me know if you find any mistakes, or have suggestions or comments. Thanks!

22Dec2016 A mistake has been found as follows:
Switch to 5.0mm needle.
Right side facing increase row: Sl 1 pw wyif, (K1, M1K, K1, P1, M1P, P1) repeat 9 more times, to last 3 sts of this half, K1, M1K, K2. (59sts)

It should read “repeat 8 more times”.

I will correct the pattern as soon as I get a chance.
