June 1, 2015: Some sharp-eyed knitters who watched the first episode of Animal Planet’s “Treetop Cat Rescue” noticed the show’s heroes were sporting hand-knit hats. Ravelry member Katieo11 knit those hats using this pattern. The cat rescuers are her brother and husband, the founders of Cat Canopy Rescue. I don’t have any connection to the show or the group, but I was thrilled to see the guys wearing the hats!
