About Tenmile
This shawl was inspired by winter weather and a desire to stay warm in said weather! Made with worsted/Aran yarn, Tenmile is patterned, textured, and sized to cocoon the body and contain precious warmth and comfort.
Knits up quick with the heavier weight yarn. Tenmile may become your go-to shawl for everyday enjoyment!

Fun Fact:**
The Tenmile is a mountain range in Colorado. It is an extension of the Mosquito range in the Rocky Mountains.*

Gauge: 12x24 = 4” in stockinette stitch after blocking (gauge not critical)

Size: 80x35” / 203x89cm

Pattern Notes: Tenmile features textured and non-textured stripes in varying widths. Stockinette starts the party, leading into a speckled texture. After another brief bout of stockinette, it moves back into a more dense texture pattern, and we continue switching stripes until the eventual end with dense texture. Fun, keeps the knitter entertained, and speeds along in the heavy worsted.
