  1. This pattern is written in US terms
  2. This pattern was written for the right handed crocheter
  3. This pattern is rated as Easy to Intermediate due to the use of post stitches when creating the textures
  4. This pattern was designed for use with a WW3 yarn or a thinner WW4 like Red Heart Stripes or Ombre, However, you can also use regular WW4 yarns by dropping down a hook size
  5. This pattern includes instructions for making the following sizes: a. Teen/ Sm Adult: fits head circumference up to 23” b. Adult: fits head circumference up to 24”, recommended for people with curly and/ or thick hair too
  6. Gauge: 7 post sts = 2”; 4 post rows = 2”
  7. Chains at beginning of rows do not count in stitch count
  8. Stitches located within brackets are to be repeated by the number indicated outside the bracket
  9. Numbers in parentheses at end of rounds are your stitch counts for each round
  10. Wash finished product in luke-warm or cold water and tumble dry on low heat or lay out flat to dry
