Introducing the Amy Top!

I wanted to share this pattern with you all because it may possibly be one of my favourite creations. I first drafted this pattern when I was still new to crochet, so it’s an incredibly easy top to master in a short amount of time.

I’ve been obsessed with a square neckline at the moment, and I find the Amy Top so flattering in that regard. The puff sleeves give it a super cute, dainty feel, but depending on the colours you use, it’s a really unique top.

As is the way here at Sparrow Apparel, we <3 inclusive sizing. So, the sizing for this top isn’t given in the classic S, M, L, etc. This pattern is completely customisable and will be built using one measurement only – armpit to armpit.

Note: the main body of this top is worked in the round. This creates a tube that should fit comfortably on your bust and waist. If, like me, your bust measurement is significantly larger than your waist measurement, I’ll talk you through how to adjust your pattern accordingly.
