Worked in the round, this top makes a simple knitting project. It’s a classic design, with an easy to memorize knit, purl stitch pattern. The four row stitch pattern is both written and charted for ease of use. Optional waist shaping instructions are included for those who would like a more figure hugging fit. The edges are trimmed with garter stitch bands. Two yarn choices are provided in the instructions. One is a robust cotton with sheen and the other a Rayon based yarn with a metallic fleck which drapes beautifully.

Gauge - Blue Heron Rayon Metallic 25 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches (10 cm) over Hurdle Stitch Pattern using #4 US (3.5 mm) needle (or needle size required to get gauge) after blocking.
