I have created a pattern for the Ultimate Roll Neck Jumper for women with broader upper backs and longer arms.

The body is slightly cropped (covers the belly button) and is perfect with higher waisted jeans / leggings / joggers.

Longer sleeves for extra cosy-factor, however they can be folded back or knitted to a shorter if desired. The pattern includes notes on how to do this.

This jumper is a UK size medium, model is UK size 12 and approx 1.80 metres tall for reference.

More slender ladies may also like this jumper but please be aware that you will have some excess fabric around shoulders/lats/upper arms.

Tension is as follows:
10 stitches x 20 rows (in pattern) = 8cm wide x 11.5cm long using 5mm needles, when lying flat and un-stretched.
The rib is knitted with 4.5mm needles.

Finished Measurements of Jumper (lying flat, un-stretched):
Across body (armpit to armpit) = 41cm
Body length (top of shoulder to bottom seam) = 46cm

You will need approx 500 grams of a bulky yarn of your choice, I used a 50/50 wool/acrylic blend I purchased in a charity shop a few years ago and I look forward to seeing it made up in some different colours :)

Happy knitting!
