Buy the pattern or the pattern as part of a kit (the pattern costs less than).

You can knit this bag like on the photo with 400 g wool, or higher and/or with knitted handles or a knitted belt. Than you need 500 - 650 g wool. Afterwards it`s felted to be stabelized.

After felting the bag measures about:
27 cm x 5,5 cm x 16,5 cm

In this “diamond” pattern you do also find a “wonky diamonds” scarf here - perfect for knitting an ensemble. And you`ll find a similar "Thin diamonds" bag out of thinner wool.

1 circular needle length 60cm size 7 (US 11)
an additional needle set or extra circular needle in size 7 (Us 11) for the transition between the bottom and the body of the bag
1 stitch marker (MM), 1 crochet hook of medium gauge
2m leftover thread (e.g. thin cotton)
Bag handle set or more wool for knitted handles

The bag is knitted in the technique lifting stitch pattern: alternating two rows per colour.
