This is a really pretty ankle sock with a touch of beading at the cuff and lace down the instep and, as something different, lace on the heel. So the sock is pretty even while you’re walking away! The lace is charted and the rest of the pattern is written. Charts are large and easy to read, with directions for working from the charts included.

This pattern is used in one of my classes and features tips all the way through the process to help you along.

The beads are optional and are strung on ahead of knitting; directions are included. You’ll need 72 size 6/0 glass beads, if you decide to add them (I think they are so pretty!). There is a traditional flap heel and gusset. The toe is closed with Kitchener stitch. Complete directions for this are included.
