A soft and flowing shallow shawl, Three Springs features
waves of simple lace with a splash of colour that can be as gentle or as dramatic as you wish.

Size: One size only
Finished Dimensions: 210cm wingspan x 40cm deep (82.5” x 15.75”) after blocking

Yarn: Fingering weight yarn ~400m/100g
Yarn recommended is Dingo Dyeworks Ridgy Didge, but you can use any similar fingering weight yarn.

Yardage: Approximately 700m of MC, 80m of CC1 (pale pink in sample pictured) and 50m of CC2 (darker pink used on the lower edge.)

Hook: 4.5mm (or hook required to achieve approximate gauge) + hook one size larger.

Gauge: ~17hdc sts/15 rows to 10cm (gauge is not critical but will affect your yardage.)

Skill Level: Intermediate - This is a project created using basic stitches, simple shaping and minimal finishing. It will help if you understand the anatomy of half double crochet stitches for the increases. The pattern-work, though basic, will require concentration and exact stitch counts will be necessary for correct placement of the pattern repeats.
