tic tac toe - punk rock baby legwarmers by Alexa Ludeman

Alexa and I are children of the 80’s. The defining style moments of our formative years involved slouch socks, bodysuits, and neon. These legwarmers are a nod to our own childhood favorites - Rock on BABY!!

sizing: Baby (Toddler, Child, Adult)
Baby: 5” unstretched, 10” stretched around / 6” long
Toddler: 6” unstretched, 12” stretched around / 9” long
Child: 7” unstretched, 14” stretched around / 12” long
Adult: 8” unstretched, 16” stretched around / 16” long

materials: 150 (250,350,550) yds of sock weight yarn
samples shown in Madelinetosh Tosh Sock in ‘poprocks’ and Indigo Moon Merino Superwash in ‘moss’

gauge: 28 sts / 4” in stockinette stitch

needles: US #2 / 2.75mm (or as required to meet gauge); double pointed or circular needles

Cable pattern is described both in text and charted. Baby or toddler size leg warmers work well as arm warmers for adults!
