I thought that Mrs. Claus deserved to have her own figure made. The ministry of cookies and hot chocolate is always important, but especially during stressful times…and she has long earned some positive press for her leadership in the North Pole workshop.
Mrs. Claus can be made into an ornament, or a pin to wear on a shirt, coat, or backpack. She can be attached onto presents, and even made into a refrigerator magnet.
Instructions include directions for making the hat.
No sewing, other than weaving in ends, neatening up opening, and embroidery.
SIZE: 2 7/8” or 7 cm from top of bun to base. With floppy hat, 3 1/8” or 8 cm.
CAUTION: Not for children three or younger, nor for children who might leave them out for a child three or under.
SKILLS: It helps to already be comfortable with circular knitting, working I-cord, knitting with different colors of yarn on the same row (that is, intarsia or stranded work), plus increasing and decreasing. Basic embroidery.
