This roomy, felted wool handbag has a beautiful natural texture. Lovely as it stands or embellished with a vintage button or seasonal pin. No lining needed. Soft, yet sturdy.

First, crochet with two strands of wool held together. Then, do the felting process in the washing machine. Hot water, detergent, and agitation will cause stitches to shrink, cling, and tangle together to form a durable solid fabric that you can shape and let dry.
