I’m not entirely happy with my first True Blood Choker…so this is attempt number 2. Hope this one looks better than the first.

You will also need 2 red beads (size 6/0 or “E”); 6-9mm split jump rings; a pair of pliers; and ribbon/string of your choice. In the example I just used more crochet thread to make sure it would look okay…
