Garment is meant to be worn oversized with wide sleeves. When choosing a size, first measure your bust then add the intended 8-12” of positive ease. For example, the model in the picture is a 38” bust and is therefore wearing a size M which measures 46.5” in body circumference. Sizes XS-XL will need 7 button that measure 1” and sizes 2XL-5XL will need 8 buttons that measure 1”.
