Small 2 stitch cables and eyelets grace these fine knit fingerless gloves. Knit these without a cable needle with the technique described. Use 150 to 200 yards of a lace to fingering weight yarn.

This pattern is for beautiful lacy half gloves designed with fine yarn and 2 stitch twisted cables and eyelets, for someone who wants to be feminine and warm at the same time. It is designed for a fingering to lace weight yarn. I used a 2 ply hand spun, hand dyed yarn made of blended BFL Lamb and Angora rabbit for the sample. The lace pattern used for the main body of the gloves is ribbed and hugs the hands delightfully as is the cuff and upper edges too.

The PDF version of the pattern includes color photos of the finished project, easy to follow directions, a list of abbreviations and a stitch glossary explaining the techniques used in the project. I will also be happy to answer any questions you might have while working the project. I would consider this pattern to be for an intermediate knitter.
