Why have vertical cables when they can spiral?

TwistMeRound cowl uses the spiral knitting technique within cables for a textured fun knit. Made in silk/ merino sportweight yarn from WildWestDye’s naturally dyed collection.

The bonus of bias knitting is the fabric created is very stable, the edges do not curl. The cowl will open up and grow in circumference when blocked. Wear the cowl necklace style or twice wrapped around your neck.

As well as knowing the standard knitting stitches, you will need to know, or learn the following techniques.

• Knit 2 together.
• Yarn over

C7B - a special cable technique to work the reducing cable which creates the spiral. YouTube video available here.
