Cuff and leg are worked in the round, instep worked flat, then heel flap and heel turn worked conventionally. Gusset decreases and sole are worked flat and joined to instep as work progresses. Short row toe grafted to sole with Kitchener stitch.

Small, medium and large foot length but the number of stitches required for the lace pattern repeat means that it is not practical to make it narrower or wider other than by using a smaller or bigger needle.

Approximately 35 gms/160m main colour and 33gms/150m contrast colour for medium size.
