Even though these mittens are made for cold weather, they were definitely designed with summer in mind. The sea green color I choose and the long cable knits reminded me of waves in the ocean.

They are cast on at the cuff and worked up to the fingertips. The thumb stitches are held on waste yarn and completed at the end. I included instructions in the pattern on how to do a tubular cast on for the cuff. I find it to be much more comfortable and gives the mittens a nicer finish.

Size: Womens (fits most) 4” across hand, 10” from base of cuff to fingertip, and 2.5” from inside of the thumb to end of thumb
