Construction
Unexpected Voyage is shallow asymmetric shawlette or generous scarf, with a sideways construction.

You will start by casting on at one end of the shawlette, and work sections of garter stitch with gentle increases, building up to the lace panels.
The lace lace can then be knit from either the chart or written instruction options.
