Fingerless gloves are such a fabulous opportunity to splurge on soft, luxurious yarns. They don’t take much yardage, and yet you get such joy from wearing them. These gloves were inspired by the facing pages of an old book that had a lovely marbled paper. Opposite sides of a sheet of paper are called the “recto” and the “verso.”

The gloves are reversible, so you don’t need to worry about which one goes on which hand. Sizing is accomplished by changing needle size (for width) and some slight adjustments to the length of the cuff and the palm. Please check your gauge and go up or down a needle size if you are doing the small or the large.
