Don’t lose your mittens!

Cushy brioche waffle rib scarf trimmed with cozy mittens with dense cables and a thick thermal (also brioche) rib palm.

Long enough to wrap around your neck loosely and keep your hands warm at the same time.

Knitting starts at the center of the scarf using a provisional cast on and worked in a thick slip-stitch rib; mitten cuffs are joined for working in the round with a narrower slip-stitch rib over cuffs and palms and a dense cable on the backs. The smaller row gauge of the thermal rib causes the mittens’ hands to slightly flex - nice!

8” wide scarf, 7” palm circumference, and 93” total length
