Wailele is knitted in the round from the bottom up to the armhole. The front and back sections are then split and finished in rows.

If you prefer to continue knitting in rounds, you can pick up steek stitches when the body length is reached and secure and cut open the armholes at the end.
Steek stitches are not part of the chart and the technique is not described in these instructions. However, there are very good video tutorials on YouTube.

Wailele wird von unten nach oben bis zum Armausschnitt in Runden gestrickt. Danach werden Vorder-und Rückenteil aufgeteilt und jeweils in Reihen fertig gestrickt.

Wer lieber in Runden weiter stricken möchte, kann, wenn die Bodylänge erreicht ist, Steekmaschen aufnehmen und die Armlöcher am Schluss sichern und aufschneiden.
Steekmaschen sind nicht Teil des Musters und die Technik ist in dieser Anleitung nicht beschrieben. Es gibt jedoch sehr gute Video Tutorials dazu auf Youtube.
