My newest addition to the menagerie is the wandering turtle. He has a sweet face and is cuddly enough to be a nap-time pillow. The pattern works up fairly quickly (for me it was a mini marathon of NCIS :) And it looks great in many color combinations.

Pattern has lots of pictures and you can email me directly if you get stuck on anything.

Finished turtle is approximately 5 inches high and 8 inches from head to tail. Depending on yarn, hook, and stitch tightness.

You’ll need small safety eyes to complete this project

If making for a child it is best to sew with yarn, it provides a better hold and is less likely to pop a seam.
