I’m Miss October 2010 in the Yarn4Socks’ Not So Sock Club. This year’s theme is Classic Movies.

My contribution is mittens inspired by The Sound of Music. That’s the Austrian twisted stitch technique used on the cuff and the motif is reminiscent of cloister windows. The colourwork patterning on the hand depicts stylized alps covered in edelweiss blossoms.
