The Waters Edge Shawl is inspired by visits with my Dad at the lake house we used to visit. I can envision wearing this shawl while sitting on the pier over looking the lake, staying warm from the cool breeze that swept up off the water. We’d chat about life, and catch up with laughter over my kids doing the silly things they do, listening to the water and gentle waves brushing into the shoreline.

Why we love this one: The Water’s Edge shawl features stripes on both ends in a range of depths, just like ripples and waves from the lake. This one is perfect for those who are looking for an easy (semi mindless) shawl to whip up; a great project for a novice knitter looking for more variety, while the stripes keep it interesting enough for even advanced knitters.
