A ribbed sock with 2 wayfaring cables, one on the back and one on the front. The front cable continues down the foot while the back cable meanders down the heel flap.

The pattern includes separate directions for sock 1 and sock 2 so the cables meander in different directions.

3-4 stitch markers and 2 cable needles are also needed. The cables are fiddly and involve 2 stockinette columns that twist over a ribbed column. 1 of the stitch markers should be different than the others in order to mark the end of the round.
