Wee Morrie is a unisex bonnet to fit a newborn baby

Wee Morrie has you cast on at the front edge of the bonnet, and work flat creating the body of the bonnet until you reach a specific length.
From here the crown of the bonnet is finished in garter stitch; both instructions for working in the round, or working flat (then seaming) are included.
The bonnet has a garter stitch edging around the sides of the body, which is worked at the same time as the body of the knit.
Finally, ties are created from the front lower edge of the bonnet; either by picking up stitches and working i-cords, or making braided ties.
