I’m designing a series of cowls based on the origins of the names of the days of the week.

Here’s the first of my Weekday Cowls! Sunday: The Sun’s Day! (^_^) Not all will be in order, but with the weather getting colder where I am, a nice bright sunny cowl seemed just the thing! I was inspired by visions of sun beams seen through clouds for this pattern. (^_^)

This is a simple yet enjoyable knit, featuring diagonally-slanting lace with an applied I-cord border for structure.
