Pattern
Wendy Button Up is designed to have a negative ease of 2 cm/0,8 inches to positive ease of 5 cm/2 inches. The design is knitted top down, flat. It’s knitted in one piece, and increases are made on the shoulders, that later will be extended for sleeves. Wendy Button Up is designed to have a cropped fit and decreases are made on the body to give a more flattering fit. The sleeves are knitted in the round, either on circular needles or with double pointed needles. Both the button bands and the collar are knitted in double stockinette stitch. Buttonholes are made on the right side of the button band. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline to create the collar.
Wendy Button Up is knitted in two strands of Soft Alpaca. The collar and buttonbands are knitted in one thread of Soft Alpaca.
