A thick & cozy, color blocked cowl with slipped stitch texture. Construction is top-down beginning in the same manner as a triangular shawl. Cowl is worked flat until the neck opening reaches ~22”, then joined and knit in the round to the bottom of the cowl.

MATERIALS
YARN: 360 yards (330 m) of worsted or aran weight yarn divided as follows: C1 - 150 yds (138 m), C2 - 100 yds (92 m), C3 -120 yds (110 m). Sample shown in Malabrigo Twist (100% Merino; 150 yards / 100 grams) in Zinc (C1), Terron (C2), and Sealing Wax (C3)

NEEDLES: 24” circular needle in US 9 (5.5 mm) OR size required to obtain gauge.

NOTIONS: stitch marker, darning needle for weaving in ends.
