I made this pattern especially for the coming winter - cozy, white, a little fluffy. The hat sits so snugly on my head I didn’t want to take it off when the photosession was over! And his pattern is very easy and quick, besides.

Any soft yarn would do, of whatever gauge - the pattern is very easily scalable.
Please note that for my yarn (I think it ranges as worsted) I used a little more than one skein. I suppose it possible to make do with one skein, if the yarn is very fluffy and the gauge is loose. Or if you want to make a child’s hat ;-)
