Adventure of Flower Mole
There was a lonely flower mole named “Mole” in a desert. He sometimes went to grandmother’s house in a village for fun. The old lady talked to him. “There are many beautiful flowers blooming somewhere in the world.” Mole asked her, “What is a flower?” She answered, “It’s like one on the tip of Mole’s nose.” Mole wanted to see various flowers. And he went on a journey to find flowers by himself.

Mole was on a red double-decker bus in London while remembering the people he met in London, the ghost of the king in Tower of London, flowers in Buckingham Palace, Mr. Owl made of wood, Mr. Lion made of stone, Flower garden made of tiles in Gloucester Road station guided by the worm, Mr. Bus and a mysterious old lady. Mole got off the bus because he found a huge wide and wonderful building where a lot of people are entering. Mole approached the building and tried to enter that building with people. There was a long large box with many round wheels on the pair of long long steel rails that is going to far away. The box has many windows and stood still. Mole whispered, “Oh, what is this?” The long large box told Mole, “Who are you?” “My name is Mole, I came here to look for flowers, who are you?” “I am a train, this is the King’s Cross station.”…

Techniques
This is a hat with the motif based on the bouquet we saw at King’s Cross station in London. You can change this to the color suitable for Halloween or Christmas. If you give this to family members or friends, they will be pleased. The top of the hat is open without stitching, it is collapsed with a thread cord. The top is cute as it is like a petal. You can also use it as a neck warmer if you loosen the thread cord. It is mainly made with the techniques of single crochet and double crochet. This has 7 pieces of motifs and 19 rounds.
