This light-weight shawl is an asymmetrical triangle, with enough color and texture incorporated in the design to make this a delightfully fun knit!

The vivid colors (and ultra-softness) of Ancient Arts Socknado yarn, make it a delight to work with. This yarn is my absolute favorite for creating beautiful Spring or Summer shawls!

This shawl pattern design includes:

  • I-cord outter edge and bind off edge.
  • Irish moss stitch, stocking stitch and slipped stitch color work (mosaic) sections.

Yarn requirements (fingering):

  • MC - 325 m/356 yds
  • CC1 - 85 m/93 yds
  • CC2 - 120 m/132 yds You will use almost a full skein of MC. You can increase the size of this shawl by adding more pattern repeats, but you will require more yarn.

For best results, I highly recomment wet blocking your completed shaw.
