Usher in the cooler months and the holiday gift giving season with this quick-to-knit set that includes a hat, a fitted cowl, and fingerless mitts! Knit with Manos del Uruguay yarn, each of the hat, the cowl, and the pair of mitts uses less than one skein. The entire set pictured was knit with only two skeins, making it a luxurious, but economical, gift for a special girl or guy (or just for you)! The hat and fitted cowl feature a textured pattern of cables and twisted stitches, and the mitts echo that texture with their own simple twisted stitch pattern. This set also features instructions for a larger cowl with a looser fit, and a larger pair of mitts.

The pattern includes written instructions for all of the pieces.

Sizes
Hat: one size (stretches to fit adult 22” head); 8” tall, 15” circumference

Fitted Cowl: small (shown, fits over adult 22” head) or large
6 (6)” tall, 15 (approx. 17)” circumference

Mitts: small (shown, fits ladies’ 7” hand) or large
9 ¼” long, 6.5 (approx. 7 1/5)” circumference
Mitts Gauge: 18 ½ stitches / 24 rows = 4 inches in twisted stitch pattern
