You know those times you accidentally drop a stitch and then you have to fiddle around fixing it and its rather stressful? Well this is a pattern that asks you to drop stitches and pick them up later… which is why I call it the Wreck Yourself Cowl.

I’ve provided instructions as both a version where you drop a stitch to be picked up just a couple stitches later, and a Wreck Yourself Edition… where you drop a large number of stitches one row for picking up in the next.

This pattern includes three optional border stitches and notes on how to modify your cowl to make it bigger in length or width.

While you do use two colors only one yarn is worked in a row.
