Swingy, simple cardigan with plenty of shaping! I love a cardigan I can pull on for those days that are cold enough to need a little something, but not so cold that I need a big parka. This one has a geometric stitch pattern along the bottom hemline, sporty stripes on the elbow, and a slimming shawl collar.

The back yoke splits, leaving a “V” notch at the back of the neck. the border then uses decreases at the center back to fill in the incision and snap the border closely around the back neck.

The sizes are a 28 (32, 36, 40, 44, 48) inch bust. You will need 10 (12, 13, 15, 16, 18) balls of the main color, and 1 (1, 1, 1, 2, 2) balls of the contrast color.
The waist is 24 (28, 32, 36, 40, 44) inches around, the hips 30 (34, 38, 42, 46, 50) inches around

It is worked from the bottom up. The body and yoke are worked back and forth, the sleeves are worked in the round.

Errata:
In the “yoke” section, the phrase “Decrease here at center back every row after this bust the last“ is a typo, it should be “decrease here at center back every row after this besides the last”
