The slip stitch cable pattern is designed to show off highly variegated yarn while limiting unsightly flashing or pooling. The pattern is carried on the heel flap and there are instructions for finishing the center diamond while decreasing for the toe.

There are two charts - the main Diamond chart and the heel flap chart.

Cabling without a cable needle is recommended but there are instructions for both cabling with or without a cable needle.

Knit from the cuff down on dpns.

If you should happen to find any errata, (hopefully, you won’t!) please let me know.

As of March 30, 2010, the period of exclusivity with Knit Witch has ended. The pattern is available as a Ravelry download as well as at Knit Witch’s website - www.knitwitch.com
