any super bulky (6) (Drops Andes shown): approx 158 (168, 183) yards / 145 (154, 168) meters plus small amount in contrast color for ears;
any DK weight yarn (3) (Drops Alpaca Boucle shown): approx 50 (57, 62) yds / 46 (52, 57) meters
size US L (8 mm) and US K (7 mm)(optional) crochet hooks or size to obtain correct gauge
