I don’t have the Umaro pattern, but I do have the book that the stitch pattern came from, so I’m just using that.

Only cast on 79 sts since it’s for a baby.

5 rows seed stitch at top and bottom
3 sts in seed stitch on each edge
4 vertical repeats of the stitch pattern

Finished size: 33” square

The pattern isn’t difficult to knit, but my hands ached from knitting with the huge needles and thick yarn.
