A last minute design and knit. My sister loves argyle socks and loves skulls. I had already made her a pair of skull socks, so I though that she’d need something to keep her little head warm in San Francisco, so I designed a hat to combine to of her favorite motifs.

For now, it’s just a beanie hat. I think I will add a matching brim to it if I have time between today (12/19) and Saturday (12/23)!!

Edit Note: I think I should’ve done it on smaller needles. Not all the yarns are exactly the same weight since I scrounged my leftovers to make this last minute gift. I have this a smiley because I’m ok with how it turned out given the time frame and last minute idea - otherwise I would not be as happy. However, if I had more time and more yarns to select from, I would’ve been much happier. That said, I don’t know if I want to knit this again. So much carrying of yarn. I think I need to rework the gauge and the chart to make the carrying easier.
